Meet The Kinder Park Team
At Kinder Park Nursery we ensure that our Staff team are appropriately qualified with all Nursery Nurses holding a Level 3 Qualification in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. Our Nursery Assistants are working towards their Level 2. We have two members of staff who hold a Foundation Degree in Teaching and Learning support for Early Years.
We strongly promote continuous professional development with all staff. The staff have individual training records and training plans to enhance their skills and expertise. Staff are required to complete paediatric first aid and safeguarding training.
We have a committed, long standing staff team. A third of staff have been working at Kinder Park Nursery for over 10 years and some over 20 years!
